Shipping Information:

FREE shipping on all orders $89 or more (within Australia) and $150 or more (International) 

  • We offer reliable and efficient shipping services to our valued customers.
  • Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
  • Shipping outside Australia, cost will be calculated at check-out. 
  • If shipping costs are not calculated at checkout please email us at enquiry@auyurvedic.com.au.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for items in their original, unopened, and unused packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@auyurvedic.com.au before sending the product back.
  • We will review your return request and, if approved, will provide further instructions.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Unopened products and sale items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

  • For all approved refunds, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
  • This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

PAYMENT METHODS

Auyurvedic accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when you place the order on www.auyurvedic.com.au
  • Auyurvedic features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
